  • For the purposes of the Creative Brisbane Awards, the term “collaboration”:

  • Includes activities involving two or more entities (may be individuals and/or organisations)

  • Includes pro-bono/in-kind activity as well as paid activity

  • For clarity:

  • For the Best First Nations and Industry Collaboration Award, First Nations refers to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities

  • For the Best Collaboration with Creative Youth Award, “youth” is defined as <25

The Creative Brisbane Awards will:

  • Celebrate outstanding partnerships that support a vibrant cultural life in Brisbane, across various arts and cultural forms, with a focus on collaborations

  • Highlight the diverse and rich cultural offerings of Brisbane

  • Encourage innovation in partnerships between the cultural and corporate sectors and highlight the benefits of partnerships and investment in arts and cultural programs

  • Provide a platform for artists and cultural institutions to gain recognition and visibility

  • Encourage innovative and community-focused projects that make a tangible impact on the cultural landscape of Brisbane

The Awards are not restricted to Collab. members and are open to any artistic collaboration in the Brisbane Local Government Area. Entry is free for Collab. Affiliates.
An entry fee of $50 applies to non-Affiliate entries. To be eligible for consideration, a collaboration:
